Design: Two residential towers, 80 and 112 meters tall.
Vegetation: Houses 800 trees, 15,000 perennials, and 5,000 shrubs, equivalent to 30,000 square meters of woodland.
Environmental Impact: Improves air quality, reduces urban heat island effect, and supports biodiversity with various plant species and animal habitats.
